Special Order & Return Policies

ALL RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCK FEE
(unless return is due to Chace Bldg Supply / vendor error)

CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN UPON RETURN AND INSPECTION BY CHACE BLDG. SUPPLY

STOCK ITEMS returned to the store by our customers, that are in resalable condition will not be charged a restock fee.
STOCK ITEMS picked up by Chace Bldg Supply in resalable condition with a value of less than $250.00, will not be charged a return fee if picked up while making another delivery.
STOCK ITEMS picked up by Chace Bldg Supply in resalable condition, on a special trip, will be charged a restock fee, regardless of the value.
- Minimum restock fee is 15%
- Value over $1500 will be assessed a 20% restock fee
- Value over $3000 will be at management’s discretion

SPECIAL ORDERS must have prior approval before being returned

NOT ALL SPECIAL ORDERS ARE RETURNABLE
IF ALLOWED, CREDITED WILL BE GIVEN WHEN WE RECEIVE CREDIT FROM VENDOR

If Chace Bldg Supply is able to return the product to our vendor, a Special Order return will be subject to the following:

Item must be in resalable condition and in the original packaging
A restock fee, based on vendor’s restock charges will be assessed. (charges vary by vendor - minimum charge is 15%)
Special Order returns picked up by Chace Bldg Supply will be assessed a minimum of 15% if we are making another delivery to same jobsite -OR- a minimum of 20% if we are make a special trip.
