Updates to Fuel Surcharge Schedule 

This year's annual holiday feast will take place as usual on Wednesday, December 24 in Woodstock.  We'll have breakfast made to order and an amazing food spread throughout the day.  All of our food is supplied by your favorite Chace Staff Members and will last until we close at 2:00pm.  We'll also be doing a customer appreciation open house in Willington on the 24th from 7:00am-11:00am.  Please join us for our favorite day of the year! Bring your spouse, your crew and your friends, eat and be merry with us.  This is one of the few opportunities we get to thank you for all of your business throughout the year.  Breakfast will be served starting at 7am and then we'll move on to snacks, lunch and desserts around 9:30 or 10. We look forward to seeing you!

Holiday Hours in Woodstock & Willington

Please find our holiday store hours in the table below. We will resume normal store hours on Friday, January 2. Don't hesitate to contact your salesperson and/or the store for any questions about the holiday hours below. Plainfield Location Reminder

In October of 2006, when we opened our latest branch yard, we could never have imagined how dramatically the economy was going to decline through 2006, 2007 and into 2009.  Housing starts in Eastern Connecticut are at 30-year lows.  Based on these factors, and much thought and consideration, we have decided to "moth ball" the Plainfield Showroom.

Effective December 15, we will suspend the Plainfield store's daily operations, leaving the Kitchen & Bath, Andersen Window & Door and flooring showrooms intact and available by appointment.

We are making the best possible decision to keep the company strong in 2009 and into the future. The Plainfield store represents our long-term plan to grow business down the Route 395 corridor. This plan remains in place byt we have to bide our time for more suitable economic conditions before we execute this portion of it.

Please keep in mind that other than the convenience of drop-in shopping, in many ways nothing will change.

• The Plainfield sales staff, David Haight, Michelle Thornton and Laura Feige, will be available in Woodstock, by phone or for site visits.
• Material that we deliver to your jobsites has almost exclusively come from our Woodstock yard, and will continue to do so.
• You will have an even larger pool of knowledgeable sales staff to call when you call into our Woodstock store at (860)928-2747.
