How Does it Affect You?

Since the merger of GAF and Elk, there hasn't been very much change as far as product and pricing.  The companies have been doing some scrutinizing of both product lines and has recently released the inital phases of their integration and sent us a list of products that would be discontinued in this first phase. Prefinished vs. Unfinished Flooring

Due to the popularity of prefinished flooring, Chace has begun to contemplate discontinuing our unfinished 2-1/4" red and white oak flooring.  Will this be a problem for you? Then, Now and In the Future

As we're sure you've all read, seen and heard Chace Plainfield has Consolodated and Expanded all at the same time. Sound impossible?? We're Chace - Nothing's impossible!
The Chace Home Decor Store has taken advantage of the beautiful new facility just down the road on 14A and has moved the kitchen & bath, paint & wallcovering showroom into the back of the store.  This is a benefit to you, the contractor and customer and to us.  We always do our best to make this as convenient as possible for you, and the consolodation of the two buildings has allowed us to expand our offering at the 14A location.  Scott Chace, Ron Tetrault and the rest of the Management team here have a four-phase long term plan for this location.  The first two phases are now nearly complete and phases 3 and 4 will be coming down the line shortly.

Phases 1 and 2 are now nearly complete and Phase 3 is next on deck.  Keep your eyes peeled for these great convenience enhancers as we progress through our long term plan to make each of the Chace Building Supply of CT locations their area's best building supply center.

Thanksgiving Holiday - All stores will be closed Thursday, November 22.

Christmas Holiday - All stores will be closed Monday, December 24 and Tuesday, December 25

New Year Holiday - All stores will close at noon Friday, December 28 and will be closed Saturday, December 29 through Tuesday, January 1. 
(All stores will re-open with their regular hours Wednesday, January 2.)
